- Full-time Baltimore City Public Art Teacher pursuing her Masters of Fine Art at Towson University
- Found Buddhism and meditation at age 16 in my comparative world religion class when a monk came and spoke to my class
- Practiced in the New Kadampa Mahayana tradition for 12 years
- Currently studying and practicing Theravada and Vajrayana Buddhism, teaching a weekly Mindfulness in Daily Life (MIDL) class on Zoom on Sundays at 8-9:15pm EST

Dhamma Influences
The community of people you practice with and teach you is an important part of the path of Awakening. The Buddha called this community, the Sangha, to be, “the whole of the path.” We guide and polish each other through our examples and friendship.
